Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-26

1. Business Model

LAFA Vape operates as a B2B wholesale supplier only. We do not sell directly to consumers. All products are offered to vape shops and small wholesalers in the United States, the Middle East, and other permitted regions.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed via Proforma Invoice (PI). Standard terms are T/T bank transfer with a deposit (typically 30%) before production or dispatch, with the balance due before shipment. We ship under EXW or FOB Incoterms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. MOQ & Samples

We offer low minimum-order quantities (MOQ) to support first-time trial orders. Sample orders are available on request. Sample pricing and freight are quoted separately.

4. Pricing

Pricing is provided per inquiry and varies by volume, destination, and product mix. Published pricing (if any) is indicative only and may change without notice.

5. Compliance & Import Responsibility

We provide supporting test documents (including MSDS, UN38.3 transport test reports, and COA where available). Import compliance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and regulatory approval in the destination market are the full responsibility of the local importer/buyer. We do not guarantee that any product is marketable or legal for sale in a specific jurisdiction.

6. Age Restriction

Our products contain nicotine and are intended solely for legal adults (21+ in the US). Buyers are responsible for ensuring lawful, age-verified distribution in their market.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAFA Vape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
